On Jul. 9, Conference Chair - Prof. Sheng-Uei Guan from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, China made welcome address. And Prof. Gaige Wang from Ocean University of China, China served as host of the keynote session.
会议于7月9日上午在线上开幕。会议伊始，大会主席，西交利物浦大学关盛威授致开幕辞，代表大会组委会成员对学者们的出席表示热烈欢迎，对委员会成员的辛勤工作表示感谢，并宣布会议开幕。接着，大会组织主席中国海洋大学王改革教授主持大会主旨报告会场。
