HPCCT2024 was chaired by Prof. Wei Song as the Conference Chair, at the North China University of Technology, China. The opening remarks were delivered by Qun Chen - the Vice President of North China University of Technology, China. Conference Chair - Sheng-Uei Guan delivered the welcome address. Following the opening ceremony, keynote speeches were given by Prof. Yi Pan, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China; Prof. Yun Li, Shenzhen Institute for Advanced Study (SIAS), University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China; Prof. Yanbo Han, North China University of Technology, China and Assoc. Prof. Haijing Tu, Indiana State University, USA.
会议由大会主席北方工业大学宋伟教授主持，北方工业大学副校长陈群教授，西交利物浦大学关圣威教授分别作大会致辞。随后，中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院潘毅教授、电子科技大学（深圳）高等研究院李耘教授、北方工业大学韩燕波教授、美国印第安纳州立大学屠海晶副教授分别做了专家报告。
